Refunds & Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel your attendance at one of our workshops please refer to the OSASA Refund and Cancellation policy below.

If cancellation is made prior to the closing date for registrations for the event or workshop:

The participant will be eligible for a full refund deposited back into the account linked to the credit card that was used for purchase.

If cancellation is made AFTER registrations have closed but up until 24 Hours before the start of the event or workshop:

The participant will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total price paid deposited back into the account linked to the credit card that was used for purchase.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the event or workshop:

The participant will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that credits and vouchers for future events or workshops cannot be given.
